In the instance that a customer receives a DAMAGED product that is the fault of the company, the customer is subject to receive a replacement of the same item in the same size and color variation. With most of our items being made to order, the description of each product lists a "turn around time". The "turn around time" is the amount of time it takes to process and make the product being sold. Different products may require different times and some products may take less time than estimated. Standard shipping estimates are 2-3 business days AFTER processing times. The 2-3 business days for shipping begin once your order has been shipped. All orders are currently shipped through the United States Postal Service. We are currently unable to offer international shipping but look forward to doing so in the future. Please note that some items may be delayed shipping due to holidays, post office hours and inclement weather or any carrier issues that may delay the package delivery. Iamdaishad, LLC, does not claim responsibility for any packages not received by the customer upon actual delivery for any reason. Please check delivery address before placing order to ensure that the correct address is given. After order placement, there is a 24 hour period to correct the delivery address by email. In your email, please include: customer name, order number, and email address given at checkout. In the event that a package is marked delivered and not received, you must notify within 24 hours. Claims will be taken with USPS to confirm package delivery. If the package cannot be located within the allotted time needed by USPS plus an additional 36 hour waiting period, a replacement item may be sent to the original address given. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Once a replacement is sent, the claim will be closed. Additional claims (by the same customer) of unreceived merchandise that has been marked delivered, will be investigated further as possible fraud or scam and no additional items will be sent*.
